16. What should you do when you receive the package (in reference to the receiving of damaged product)?
Please record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the package seal is opened until the product is obvious.
While shooting a video, you should show these things:
- Sealed package before opening
- Courier label clearly visible
- Continuous video (no cuts or edits)
- Product condition after unboxing
17. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or videos showing the issue.
For faster resolution, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package.
