All Sanso battery-powered products purchased from S-Arch Solutions come with a Limited Warranty that covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Battery-related performance issues
  • Internal hardware faults not caused by misuse
  • Non-functioning units upon delivery (Dead on Arrival)

This warranty applies only to products purchased through our official eCommerce store and verified by a valid order number.


2. Warranty Duration

Warranty duration varies depending on the product category:

  • Power Banks: 1 year
  • Wireless Neckbands: 1 year
  • Duopods / TWS Earbuds: 1 year
  • Wireless Headphones: 1 year

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase mentioned in the order confirmation email.


3. What the Warranty Covers

Your Sanso product is covered for:

  • Battery not charging or draining abnormally
  • Charging port malfunction
  • Device not powering on
  • Connectivity or internal circuit defect
  • Sound output failure (left/right channel issues)
  • Manufacturing defects in buttons or controls

If approved, we will provide:

  • Free repair, or
  • Replacement unit (if repair is not possible)

4. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not apply if the product shows:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Unauthorized repair or opening of the device
  • Damage caused by improper usage (overcharging, mishandling, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Accessories such as ear tips, charging cables, or packaging

If the product is found ineligible for warranty, we will notify you before taking any action.


5. How to Claim Warranty

To request warranty support, simply:

  1. Email us at support@arch-sanso.com
  2. Include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Product Name & Issue Description
    • Clear photos/videos showing the fault
  3. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Once verified, we will guide you through the next steps for replacement or repair.


6. Warranty Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs related to warranty claims may vary depending on manufacturer policy.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to the service center unless stated otherwise.
  • Replacement products (if approved) will be shipped according to standard delivery timelines.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

  • Our liability is limited to assisting with the warranty process.
  • S-Arch Solutions acts as a facilitator only for warranty claims.
  • We do not provide independent or extended warranties beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.

8. Relationship With Refund Policy
