Refunds or returns are not applicable for:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Products opened or used for hygiene-sensitive items (unless defective)
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Change of mind after delivery
3. Return Request Process
To request a return or refund:

- Description of the issue
- Photos or video
- Package Unboxing Video for faster resolution (from the moment the package seal is opened until the product is evident)
What the Unboxing Video Should Show:
- Sealed package before opening
- Courier label clearly visible
- Continuous video (no cuts or edits)
- Product condition after unboxing
This proves damage during transit, not misuse.
Once reviewed, we will inform you of approval or rejection.
4. Inspection & Approval
- All returned items are subject to inspection.
- If approved, the refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
- If rejected, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Refund Method & Processing Time
5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Refunds are processed via Trusted Third-Party Payment Gateway.

6. Replacements
- Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellations
